These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all services offered by the Br\u00e9vedent Equestrian Centre via its website, in particular:<\/p>\n Any order or booking implies the customer\u2019s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n Bookings can be made:<\/p>\n Each booking is confirmed by email. The Br\u00e9vedent Equestrian Centre reserves the right to refuse a booking in the event of previous non-payment, full capacity, or inappropriate behaviour from the customer. <\/p>\n Payment can be made:<\/p>\n For certain services (courses, stays, livery), a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Any cancellation must be notified in writing (by email or post). The Br\u00e9vedent Equestrian Centre may cancel or reschedule an activity in the event of:<\/p>\n In this case, a new date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n Horse riding is accessible subject to:<\/p>\n The Br\u00e9vedent Equestrian Centre is insured with Generali for damages engaging its public liability within the scope of its activities. Specific livery conditions (type of service, care, feeding, pricing, responsibilities) are set out in a separate contract signed between the owner and the equestrian centre. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The data collected during bookings (name, contact details, payment information) is necessary for the management of services.

\nThe booking will only be considered confirmed once this payment has been received.<\/p>\n6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds<\/h2>\n
6.1 By the customer<\/h3>\n
\nIn the event of cancellation at least 7 days before the service, the deposit may be transferred to another date or refunded.
\nIn the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be retained by the Equestrian Centre.

8. Liability and insurance<\/h2>\n
\nEach rider is invited to check their own personal accident insurance and, where applicable, to take out an FFE licence covering horse riding activities.
\nThe equestrian centre cannot be held responsible for:<\/p>\n\n
9. Horse livery and accommodation<\/h2>\n
\nThese Terms and Conditions apply to the related payment and booking arrangements.<\/p>\n10. Gift vouchers<\/h2>\n
\nThey are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
\nThey may be used for the service specified by the equestrian centre.<\/p>\n11. Applicable law and dispute resolution<\/h2>\n
\nIn the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
\nFailing agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the equestrian centre\u2019s registered office.
\nIn accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is informed that they may use an approved consumer mediator to resolve any dispute amicably.<\/p>\n12. Personal data protection<\/h2>\n
\nIt is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
